At the moment its just speculation but Sony might just enter the netbook market. All will be unveiled on the 9th of January. Lets hope “the revolutionary new VAIO” is something more than just another netbook.

Apparently, the Official Playstation Magazine in the UK has given LBP 10/10! That’s quite a score to live up to!!! They’ve also included a free Kratos Sackboy code with the current issue!

Sony launch third generation blu-ray recorder

Sony have launched their third generation internal Blu-ray Disc recorder model BWU-300S. It can burn 25GB in 15 minutes and 50GB in just 30 minutes, which should make backups faster for sure! Ships next month with the price at $400, can be pre-ordered now from the Sony site.

Wireless OLED TV shown off by Sony

Sony recently showed of their Wireless OLED HDTV, at the moment there isn’t any word on the official specs! It does however look pretty dam cool, doesn’t it? Even though it has integrated HDTV tuner I doubt you’d notice much difference on the 11inch screen size, oh and nearly forgot to mention its battery-powered!

Sony Ericsson release G705 handset with YouTube Partnership

Sony Errisson have announced the release of their new handset G705. It has a very decent sized screen at 2.4 inch, 3G support (I wonder what that does to battery life?), built-in FM radio (iPhone ahhh!) and pretty good camera at 3.2 megapixel. Personally, I’ve always been a big fan of Sony Ericsson, IMHO their designs are better than Nokia but functionality wise Nokia are ahead, anyway! read on for more information.
