Samsung is planning to produce most of their memory chips with 50nm technology. At first they’re going to produce memory chips of 2 Gigabit (twice the amount that they’re producing right now). According to Samsung, the energy production is going to be reduced with 40 percent, compared to the 1 Gb chips.

The new chips are targeted at the server and desktop market, with a maximum speed of 1.3Gbps and the voltages 1.5v and 1.35v (DDR3 standard). Samsung expects to be producing the 2 Gb chips somewhere in the end of this year.

With all the hubbub about Clickjacking (gag, buzzwords!), I thought it would be valuable to write a brief article on the topic.
What it is
Details are still being suppressed at this point, but it appears to be an IFRAME manipulation used to effectively cover a normal web link with a trusted site that appears good and proper, with a bad one to an attacker site. That is, in its currently disclosed form. The implication is that it could potentially be a lot nastier, maybe even 100% automated. In any case, this attack could conceivably be used for phishing or host exploitation.
Who it affects
Basically, any modern browser which supports IFRAMEs. This includes any reasonably current versions of IE, Firefox/Mozilla, Safari, Flock, Opera, etc. So, pretty much everybody. It doesn’t include browsers which don’t support IFRAMEs, such as lynx or elinks.

There is some new information out detailing Windows 7, as well as a date for a conference where Microsoft give out some pre-beta of 7. There is also a blog for the development of windows 7, and right now, most of the focus seems to be around the taskbar. On a more interesting note, Microsoft will not be bundling any e-mail, photo, or movie making programs, and instead will offer a free Windows Live download. I’m pretty much a huge fan of that, as i have yet to use outlook, and never really used Microsoft Picture viewer ether, and i don’t make movies..Yes, so, pretty much anticlimactic, but what can you do.
